Belinda's 19th Bday

Note: It's gonna be a lengthy post which is heavily loaded with photos and the uncountable number of the word, awesome cause this post is dedicated to someone awesome. Have fun reading and oh make sure you don't read this with an empty stomach.

This was last Thursday, 4th Nov 2010, the day where only good things can happen (Uniqlo opened and I got a new phone heh) cause it's the most awesome person's birthday, BELINDA DWEE ♥

It started off with a lie that all of us couldn't celebrate her birthday on that day itself but she had no idea AT ALL that we were actually up to something. Too bad only the three of us (Joeann, Elin and I) could make it since most of our friends had alrdy went back for hols and some other reasons.

The three of us woke up late and we had to rush all the way to KL at 12 noon. Taking a bus is a major mistake and we ended up in a jam for almost 45 mins! :O We were so worried that we would ruin the plan of meeting up with Belinda and her boyf on time at Pavillion's Harvey Norman.

We had plenty of time camwhored in the bus, plus the bus was empty HAHA

The moment we reached Bukit Bintang's monorail station, we ran as fast as possible to Pavillion and in the midst of rushing, we saw the super crowded Fahrenheit 88 that srsly us go WOW. It's even worst than the crowd at MTVWORLDSTAGE! That pretty much changed my mind of joining the crowd (are you insane?) so I haven't got the chance to step in their newly opened store yet. Maybe next time (:

The latest hype in town!

We reached Harvey Norman and waited for another 20 mins for the birthday girl to arrive heh and it was successful :D The first sentence that popped out from her mouth when she saw me was, "Why are you here?" and I said "To surprise you!" and only then she got the whole point. I suppose she's too smart to think that we're scheming her LOL

Well, to cut the story short, we accompanied her the whole day, walking around the busy city of Kuala Lumpur and we shopped a little and that's when Joeann and I got ourselves a new phone too YAY By the end of the day, we lied to her again saying that we couldn't join her for dinner at Jogoya cause Elin and Joeann had to go back home that night. So we surprised her again for the second time at the Jogoya's entrance around 6.30pm and boy it was successful too (: HAHA

The salmon sashimi and chuka lidako is a must, I tell you
The scallops were a tad hard and the prawns were so so only sigh

** Never go for sushi when you're at a buffet cause you will get full easily!

Main courses;

These are from the Chinese/Teriyaki/Tempura/Teppanyaki section *thumbs up*
People actually fight up for the Ebi Tempura :O
My favourite would be the Shark Fin Soup and Sambal Ikan Pari *drools*

Dessert;

Chocolate coated marshmallows, cups of Haagen Dazs icecreams and cakes

Look at that! It was around 10pm when we leave and there are still people after people coming in. Is Jogoya really that good? Total damaged of the night was RM58 per person for ladies and RM102 for guys cause Jogoya is now celebrating their 5th anniversary thus they are offering 50% discount as a tribute to the ladies but only applicable on weekdays! I would say it was a decent dinner but the sad case was I didn't get to try all of the food cause of my small capacity stomach, I just tend to get full easily ): I couldn't decide where does it stand in the market since that was my first try at Jogoya, I've yet to try Tenji and Tao but I'm pretty sure Jogoya has the most variety and I have to severely agree with that.
