FMFA2014 Final & Full Lineup Announced!

Thanks to Manoah, I had the opportunity to attend the Press Conference of FMFA last Thursday and be one of the first fews to know the final line up!

If you have watched the first trailer that was released last year, FMFA2014 will be safari-themed! #KingOfTheJungle  and just a few days ago, they have officially announced that the new jungle has been shifted to Bukit Jalil National Stadium to accomodate more safari rumbles!

Before announcing the full line-up, Iqbal demonstrated Future Music Festival Asia mobile app on the spot, which I think it's super cool and convenient cause you can get all the details including the artists and their schedule, venue map, ticketing info and purchasing as well. There's a FMFA radio in it as well where you can listen to all the artists' track and get yourself all prepped up for the festival, awesome much? It will be coming out next week in the Google Playstore and Itunes, so don't forget to download them!

And yes, I bet you've heard about it and it's official that Pharell Williams, Martin Garrix, Bassjackers and a couple of few more acts will be joining FMFA2014 as well, making it bigger and even awesome! Did I mention that they are expecting a total number of 85,000 people? Now that's MASSSSSIVE crowd!

An Artsy Affair Awaits!

To all art enthusiasts out there, be sure to mark your calendar to join the grand launch of The Atmosphere this Sunday!

The Atmosphere is a new shopping area in Seri Kembangan and I'm sure it's gonna be the next 'in' hangout for everyone. Why? Cause they will be displaying murals in the area, not just any typical murals but 3D and interactive murals created by 20 international and local artists.

If you know me well, I'm a big fan of mural and I even blogged about my adventure on hunting the famous murals all around Penang Island. I'm definitely looking forward to check out these amazing murals myself on Sunday :DDD And that's not just it, they will be having Strike a Pose Contest where you could be in the running to win prizes worth RM15,000 by submitting a photo of you with the murals!

There will be two themes for this Strike a Pose Contest; Most Liked Photo and Most Creative Photo.

Last Chance to Win Mentos Cintai Malaysia Contest!

I guess you still remember the Mentos Cintai Malaysia that I've blogged about back in October. Yeap, the contest is still on the running and will be ending on the 15th of January, which means you have another month to try your luck! Do I need to remind you what are the prizes that you will be winning?

These are the wrappers that I've collected so far and I actually have more than what you see here :P 

So there are two ways to participate in this contest which is either through SMS or Facebook.

Each SMS will be charged RM0.30.

#2 FACEBOOK 

Visit facebook.com/mentosmalaysia and remember to like their page. Click on the tab "Peraduan Cintai Malaysia Mentos 2013". Enter the wrapper code and answer the question correctly. 

For more detailed steps, you can always refer to my previous post HERE. Note: Remember to retain your mentos wrapper as proof of purchase and if you're one of the lucky winner, you will be requested to send in your wrappers.

Be sure to check out their FB from time to time as the winners will be announced there and at the same time, they will be sending you SMS to inform you too.

Mentos Cintai Malaysia Contest

I bet most of us grew up with Mentos, a candy brand created for the younger generation that has been around for almost a century. It's definitely one of my childhood favourites and I remember sneaking a few rolls in the shopping trolley every time I did grocery shopping with my family. Back then, there was only two different flavours; Mint and Fruit. Now they have come up a variety of flavours with more than just mint (: 

Mentos roll is the classic and longest  running candy type since the 50's with 8 flavours in total which are Air Action, Fruit, Mintensity, Rainbow, Secret, Mix Grape, Mint and Sour Mix respectively. So tell me, which is your flavour? (; I still love the fruit flavour the best!

Oh, did you know they have this new limited edition secret flavour? All I could say is get yourself a roll and let it surprises you! Sorry to disappoint but they look exactly just like mint flavour ones. 

This October, in conjuction with Tourism Malaysia's 2014 Visit Malaysia promotion, Mentos is having “Cintai Malaysia Contest” from 15 October 2013 to 15 January 2014. With every roll of Mentos, you'll stand a chance to win RM 130,000 worth of prizes!

You must be wondering how to join? It's really easy, with just a few steps! There are two ways to participate, either by SMS or Facebook. So first of course, you'll have to purchase Mentos Roll and unwrap it. There will be a code and instructions on the wrapper. 

Note: Make sure you unwrap it nicely or else you'll be ripping off the code provided. Do keep the wrapper too as proof as purchase.

Well, I chose to join via FB instead. So first, log on to your Facebook and search for Mentos Malaysia. Remember to LIKE the page first. Then click on the tab "Peraduan Cintai Malaysia Mentos 2013".

This is how the tab will look like. Click on Submit Code Now. 

Then you'll have to key in your details and the code on the next page. 

Answer the question and you're done! Really simple, isn't it?
