My Virgin Visit to Publika

Yeah, don't laugh at me just cause I've never been to Publika. So after the dinner at New Paris Restaurant, we decided to go for a second round since we don't have class the next day. Yet we have no idea where to go so Valerie suggested we go makan angin around KL and enjoy the night view of KL. I can't remember the last time I was out so late in KL.
Spotted KL Tower while we stop for the red light of a traffic light.
All of us were so carried away by the night scenery and the conversation we had in the car except Valerie of course who was so nice to drive us around, the next thing we knew was WE WERE AT wait for it....... PUBLIKA! :O I got so excited and started telling everyone how I've always wanted to visit Publika but it was too far and not public transport friendly. Pardon me for being so jakun! Publika is a relatively new and trendy shopping mall that is located in Solaris Dutamas. I get to know this place from blogs as well as a few events and flea markets/bazaars that were being held here a couple of times. By the time we were there, it was around 11-ish (at such odd hour, I know) so most of the shops are closed except for some cafes. Scroll down for more photos! ( ´ ▽ ` )
Why, hello there!ヽ( ^ 。^ )丿

+Wondermilk is available in Publika too!
I like how artsy the whole Publika is, most of their shops had this kind of grill instead of glass and doors, so old school can!

Bonjour Paris!

The hallway to the toilet, love how they transform a dull wall into this! The vibrant colour is indeed so eye catching (:
The drawing in front of the ladies, so cuteeeeee :D
Mind me, even the toilet doors amazed me!
The interior of the toilet // But empty and quiet toilet can be scary at times :s

Besides that, you will certainly stumble across art sculptures scattered around in the mall.
Taking a rest before we proceed HEHEHE

One of my fave shots that night
When camera meets art ~

Another cool art sculpture!
Ben's

Fatboys' burgers; I heard they serve pretty good burgers too!
As you can see, they have those tiny lights on the ground. It's like stars on the sky  ☆☆☆
Bokeh shot, major love

The view from upstairs, isn't it pretty?  (ʃƪ´⌣`)

Another art sculpture on the first floor.
We walked till the end and we can see KLCC and the KL tower from afar.

I don't know why but I just love this shot (:

KLCC and KL tower. nun jauh di sana.

More fancy art sculptures using this recycled wooden block.

The union jack would definitely be my fave, so chio!

One last art sculpture, I promise :P

You don't always get the chance to pose and take photos on a non-moving escalator, but we can!

I'm obviously running out of words to caption my photos -___-

So it's time to say goodbyeeeee *waves*
Last but not least,
Or should I say, have a great long weekend!
Not forgetting, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all my Muslims friends and readers! Maaf Zahir dan Batin. Spare me some lemang with rendang and kuah kacang okay? :9

xx
